What a way to start the year!  Best kept secret!  This is a super find.  I came to see Liz on a dare (I do not like massages) and I have to say I was VERY apprehensive BUT once I entered her office...I was immediately at ease and felt relaxed.  Mind you, nothing had taken place yet.  Liz explained everything so that I knew ahead of time what would take place.  I really appreciated that.  I can only say, her hands are MAGIC!  I asked for a light tough and she delivered just that.  It was amazing and let me tell you that the virtual journey she took me through left me floating!!!!  There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe this wonderful experience.  Do yourself and your loved ones a favor...BOOK TODAY DON'T DELAY!!!!!

Our massage by Liz was awesome.  She takes the time to actually try and know what she could do to give you your best experience based on your individual needs.  Even adding in "special" things, (Theraworx, hot packs, etc.) that would normally cost extra at other places at no charge if she feels it would benefit you.  Kind of like trying out a product before you buy to make sure it works for you.  Can't thank you enough, the recommendation for the Therawox really worked.  We will be back when in town.

I couldn't recommend Liz highly enough.  I'd never had a hot stone massage before, but I certainly would go to Liz again for one.  Her location is so tranquil and calming and Liz greets you with such warmth and welcoming energy.  Extremely professional on all accounts.  The massage itself was so relaxing, I'm not sure what she did with my hands as I couldn't see but the way she massaged them felt so good.  The hot stones were a great temperature and I left feeling relaxed and limber after the massage, and the lavender eye mask was a fantastic touch.  After the massage I had a nice chat with Liz about the different holistic modalities we had both used before, she is incredibly personable, and you can tell she cares most about giving you the best experience she could.  Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be seeing her again.

Liz did a great job.  It was the most relaxing massage I; have ever had!  She even makes eye masks with herbs you get to take home!  I got the hot stone massage and was very impressed.  Have never been to a spa before that gives so much!  I will spread the word and will return with my eye pillow (which she refreshes if you bring it back).

Beautiful office. Very inviting, clean and smells wonderful.  Her massage is like none other I have experienced.  A true professional.  She takes the time to listen to you and inquires if there are any areas that require special attention. My low back was in spasm, she put a hot pack on my low back, then asked if she could apply a foam (Therawox) to help dissipate the spasm once she removed the hot pack.  WOW, she really knows her stuff.  I will no longer go to ME or HAS, this is my new go to place from now on!  And the foam application was a freebie so I bought a bottle since it worked.  LOL  I will be back.

Mmm, had such a great massage experience with Liz!  I was happily surprised by her relaxation techniques, both the heat of the stones felt amazing and the Swedish mixed with deep tissue was just the amount of pressure that I needed.  Also, the Zen style music, etc. and the essentials oils aromatherapy made for a very peaceful environment.  Though the prices are steep, I hope to go back again.  Thank you!!!

I will apologize for the long testimonial but I have to to because this was life changing for me!  My wife bought me a groupon massage through Massages by Liz.  I had been suffering with a frozen shoulder for over 2 years and was having difficulty sleeping!  I was very skeptical but was willing to give her a chance.  She went over my history, took the time to check the areas I was having issues with and said "My goal is to relieve your stress, if anything else comes of it, that is great".  Those were her exact words and the session began.  She was diligent in addressing the areas we spoke about.  When I went to her, I could not raise my shoulder up more than 90 degrees.  I was told I had a frozen shoulder and to fix would require surgery.  That was not an option!  When Liz concluded her massage and left the room for me to dress I was again skeptical BUT when I got up to put on my shirt and could extend my arm ALL THE WAY UP...I started to cry because I felt no discomfort, I was totally relaxed and could have fallen asleep if she let me stay there but more importantly, I was able to move my arm all the way up.  I've been to many massage therapists and some have left me feeling worse than when I came in.  Liz did not!  She made me feel so good that I booked a session for my wife so she could feel the wonders that Liz's hands provide.  Her guided visualization was awesome and on point and the keepsake eye pillow that smelled of lavendar petals was icing on the cake...  I will continue to come to Liz for my relaxation massages.

I received the best 60 minute Swedish Massage from Liz!  She is so knowledgeaable and she made me feel so comfortable!  I had a lot of lower back pain but after she was done, I felt Amazing!!
